Real time monitoring and positioning

The real-time data recorder monitors temperature, humidity, geolocation, illumination and shock in real time and transfers the monitoring data to Freshliance Cloud via 4G network with the configured uploading interval. Particularly, an E-map is provided on both the mobile APP and cloud platform based on configurable LBS base station or GPS service for users to track geolocation in real time.

APP and cloud platform for device control, and data tracking and processing

The 4G wireless data logger comes with two operation terminals, mobile APP and cloud platform., enabling users to remotely configure and control the loggers, and track all monitoring data in real time. Besides, they feature powerful data summarization and processing functions, helping users more in data management and decision making.

Persistent caching during offline mode, and data re-upload after network recovery

The transport real-time data logger will not stop recording and storage during offline mode. And the data that is not successfully uploaded during network failure can be automatically re-uploaded after network recovery.

Real time alarm notification

An alarm will be notified via the LED indicator on the device and remote SMS/Email messages instantly.

Flight mode and other logging parameters configurable

The 4G real-time data logger can be freely configured. In addition to start delay, logging interval, uploading interval, and alarm settings, etc., flight mode can be also set as needed. If it is set, the device will automatically enter flight mode at the preset start time. In this mode, the real-time data tracker only records data and does not upload data (the 4G module is turned off and there is no network signal). When the end time is up, the real-time data tracker will automatically exit the mode and resume normal operation after uploading historical data.

Multi-level administration access optional

Multilevel administration access provides multiple levels of security to customers. As permitted, individuals are responsible for specific aspects during data monitoring, helping customers identify and address issues more quickly and reducing the risk of errors or non-compliance.

Data privacy

Both the APP and web platform are password protected.

Propylene glycol encased temperature probe for vaccine monitoring

It is designed to buffer readings against temporary air temperature shifts caused by opening doors or loading coolers and accurately simulate the thermal changes experienced by products stored in the monitored environment.

It is ideal for vaccines, pharmacies and walk-in coolers, etc.

Ttracker is a mobile APP designed for Freshliance Fresh Tracker series. Both Android and iOS versions are available. It supports remote device configuration and control, online data viewing, filtration and analysis, powerful graphing functionality (with the automatically analyzed results of max., min., avg. and MKT value), management of device record, group and template, remote alarm notification via SMS and Email, temporary and final report, and APP settings, etc. As a tool for Freshliance real time data loggers, this APP provides all services worldwide and even provides an E-map for global positioning of Fresh Tracker series. With the E-map, users can quickly identify the geolocation of a specific device, with brief monitoring data and waybill information. 

Besides, the APP supports 24/7 data collection & analysis during the transit process, persistent caching during offline mode and data re-upload after network recovery. 

On the home page of the APP, users can also visually check the status of all devices added and immediately take precautions.
