Dual operation modes by Bluetooth data loggers, ensuring seamless data monitoring

In this IoT real-time monitoring system, BlueTag series Bluetooth data loggers operate reliably in two modes to ensure end-to-end supply chain visibility. During transit (without the gateway), they function as secure Bluetooth recorders and support remote data retrieval and download by scanning QR code via the mobile APP. When entering range of the gateway positioned at freight yards, stations, etc., they automatically communicate with the gateway and transfer all recorded data to the gateway.

Bulk data collection by the gateway, ensuring quick and automated data access by consignees

The WiFi Bluetooth gateway is designed to communicate with up to 100 Bluetooth data sensors each time and automatically transfer the data to Freshliance Cloud for online check. The automated data collection enables consignees to easily get temperature and humidity data of the goods received, while eliminating manual work and errors, and significantly streamlining supply chain management.

Mobile APP and cloud platform for online data visualization

Mobile APP and cloud platform are available for remote device management and online data review and processing. Data are automatically recorded in graphs and line charts, analyzed and processed, enabling consignees to visually check trends and alarm information, etc, and make swift decisions. Mobile APP and cloud platform replace hours of manual paperwork with seconds of automated verification and ensure hassle-free online data visualization worldwide.

SMS/email/APP push notifications

Consignees can freely configure the gateway via the mobile APP, including multi-channel alarm notifications. SMS, email, and APP push alerts will be sent when temperature or humidity readings of any in-range Bluetooth data recorders are found exceeding the preset thresholds. Remote real-time alerts enable consignees informed timely anytime anywhere, needing no constant manual checks, and enabling quick decision making in the supply chain management.

Multi-level administration access optional

To optimize organization management and data control, our cloud platform offers optional multi-level administration access to enable the super administrator to set customized user roles with tailored permissions. It prevents unauthorized changes, protect sensitive data and ensure audit compliance.

FreshLink is a mobile APP designed for Freshliance’s real time temperature monitoring solutions with the gateways, and WiFi devices, etc. It is compatible with Android and iOS systems, and is composed of five pages: Home, Manage, Group, Alarm and Download, respectively for device status, real-time and historical data, usage records, device groups, data alarms, and data reports, etc. Using this APP, users can wirelessly configure and control the gateways, and WiFi devices, etc, as well as realize remote data tracking, filtration, analysis, and export in real time.
