Bluetooth data loggers with dual-mode operation for uninterrupted monitoring

This IoT temperature monitoring system combines our BlueTag series Bluetooth data recorders with intelligent G1000-L 4G/WiFi/LAN Bluetooth gateway to realize seamless data monitoring throughout the supply chain management. BlueTag series Bluetooth data loggers are the Bluetooth monitors that come with two operation modes. Before shipped with the goods, they can be added and configured freely by consigners via the mobile APP upon Bluetooth connection. Before arriving at the destination and communicating with the gateway, they will monitor and record data as standalone Bluetooth monitors, allowing the driver or other clerks to scan the QR code to remotely synchronize and download all recorded data. When within range of the gateway G1000-L, they will automatically communicate with the gateway via Bluetooth and transfer data to the gateway.

Bulk data capture by the gateway and multiple network communications to cloud, better suited to various network needs

G1000-L multi-network Bluetooth gateway supports 4G&LAN/Bluetooth or WiFi&LAN/Bluetooth communications, freely optional to customers and better suited to various network needs. It will automatically get data from up to 100 Bluetooth temperature and humidity data loggers each time when there are data loggers arriving in range. The bulk data capture by the gateway helps the terminals like freight yards, transfer stations, container yards to significantly improve data retrieval efficiency and supply chain management. The data will be then transferred to Freshliance Cloud by the gateway via 4G&LAN or WiFi&LAN communication. The flexible network interfaces highly safeguard data transmission to cloud and avoid network failure.

APP and cloud platform for remote online data visibility and traceability

This integrated solution revolutionizes supply chain management in environmental monitoring. Mobile APP and cloud platform are especially engineered for online data tracking and automated data processing. They maintain a secure, time-stamped record of all readings and alarm events for compliance and traceability, and eliminate manual data logging errors. Besides, they offer powerful functions for visualizing trends (graphs, charts), analyzing history data over long periods, and identifying patterns easily, as well as exporting compliance reports for audits automatically. Authorized personnel can simultaneously sign in to access the data from different locations using their own PC or mobile phone.

Real-time alerts for any fluctuations

SMS, email and APP push notifications will be sent when the gateway detects any alarm data from the Bluetooth monitors. It enables the consignees to quickly make accept/reject decisions, no longer reliant solely on spot check or final delivery report. The consignees gain real-time visibility into the conditions of their sensitive goods and get peace of mind and constant assurance, even when away from the site. BlueTag A100 is also available for on-site audible and visual alarm when shipping the goods in transit. The alarm feature enhances supply chain control and fast response to any exceptions.

Multi-level administration access optional

Multi-level administration access is optional if needed. It allows an organization or entity to manage and control its accounts based on different roles and permissions, improving data security, responsibility distinction and simplified device management, etc.

FreshLink

FreshLink is a mobile APP designed for Freshliance’s real time temperature monitoring solutions with the gateways, and WiFi devices, etc. It is compatible with Android and iOS systems, and is composed of five pages: Home, Manage, Group, Alarm and Download, respectively for device status, real-time and historical data, usage records, device groups, data alarms, and data reports, etc. Using this APP, users can wirelessly configure and control the gateways, and WiFi devices, etc, as well as realize remote data tracking, filtration, analysis, and export in real time.
