Wide pressure range

This pressure data logger is a rugged and durable recorder to accurately monitor and record temperature and pressure at user-configurable logging intervals. With a pressure range of 0~3.5 MPa and a high precision of ±0.25% F.S., it is versatile enough to fit almost any application.

Robust and durable, with 316 stainless steel case to protect the logger from corrosion

Constructed with a 316 stainless steel housing and IP68 protection rating, this High-protection temperature data recorder offers exceptional corrosion resistance and long-term stability in extreme environment with high temperature, high pressure or chemically aggressive environments. And it is a multi-use recorder. After a trip, the user could easily configure and start it again for another new recording trip.

Configurable alarm thresholds

This rugged pressure data recorder could be freely configured by the user as needed. Max. 6 alarm points could be set based on single event or cumulative time.

Simplified setup and data retrieval on PC via the Type-C connection

Temperature and pressure data could be simultaneously exported on PC via Type-C connection. Downloaded data can be viewed in various formats including graphic and tabular, convenient for further analysis and calculations.

Device calibration

Before delivery, Freshliance will conduct strict calibration for all devices with the instruments that are calibrated by CNAS and ISO17025 accredited laboratories, and traceable to NIST according to Multi-Recognition Agreement.

Temporary report

In the process of data monitoring, temporary reports could be exported. This feature supports rapid audits, spot-checks, or interim analyses during long-term monitoring campaigns.

This rugged temperature and pressure data logger is suitable for medical device sterilization, steam sanitization, oven profiling and other applications where a temperature and pressure data logger is required.

Freshliance Tools

Freshliance Tools is a desktop software for users to use Freshliance USB data loggers. It consists of three pages: Summary, Graph and History. On the Summary page, the software will first automatically identify ID, model, recording type, sensor type, battery level, status and other information of the device plugged in. And then users can configure the data logger as needed, including start mode, start delay, time zone, time format, logging interval, report format, PDF/software password, high and low alarm, etc. During or after data recording, user can also check statistical information of the device after plugging it in. Besides, the graph page provides a simple X–Y plot of time versus temperature/humidity which can be save as PNG format file, a list and a summary of all data recorded, as well as an option to export the report in PDF, CSV, TXT format; and the history page provides a list of all the devices whose report was read by this software.
