Equipped with a built-in high-precision NTC sensor, Fresh Keeper-IUT -90℃ dry ice temperature data logger delivers a temperature accuracy of ±0.5℃ and supports storage of up to 35,000 readings.

Dry ice grade temperature measurement with configurable parameters

Designed for ultra-low temperature environments, the ultra low temperature logger measures temperatures from -90℃ to +70℃, making it suitable for dry ice transportation and storage. Alarm points, logging intervals, and other parameters can be configured as required.

Intuitive LCD screen

The LCD screen displays running status, Max./Min./Average temperature values, alarm status, and remaining working days for quick on-site checks.

Automatic PDF/CSV data report

By connecting the logger to a computer via USB, encrypted PDF or CSV reports are generated automatically, with no software required. Temporary reports are supported.

Compliant with EN12830-1999 requirements for temperature monitoring during transport, storage, and distribution of food.

Pause function

During recording, data logging can be paused by double-pressing the left button.

Mark function

From the main interface, press and hold the left button for 3 seconds to add a mark. Up to 9 marks can be recorded during a logging trip.

Fresh Keeper-IUT USB dry ice temperature data logger is suitable for applications such as dry ice shipment monitoring, sea or air freight, distribution, storage and freezing, including pharmaceuticals, frozen foods, and shipping containers. The dry ice temperature data logger operates as a stand-alone USB temperature logger and does not require external probes.

The dry ice temperature recorder is also suitable for in-transit temperature records of biopharmaceuticals, life sciences products, biological samples, blood cold chain, and diagnostic reagents, including molecular and cell biology agents in ultra-low temperature environments.

Products such as biologics and vaccines have limited shelf life, and temperature variations during transportation must be properly controlled. This USB temperature data logger with a clear on-screen temperature display supports temperature documentation and analysis for pharmaceutical and biological applications.

Freshliance Tools

Freshliance Tools is a desktop software for users to use Freshliance USB data loggers. It consists of three pages: Summary, Graph and History. On the Summary page, the software will first automatically identify ID, model, recording type, sensor type, battery level, status and other information of the device plugged in. And then users can configure the data logger as needed, including start mode, start delay, time zone, time format, logging interval, report format, PDF/software password, high and low alarm, etc. During or after data recording, user can also check statistical information of the device after plugging it in. Besides, the graph page provides a simple X–Y plot of time versus temperature/humidity which can be save as PNG format file, a list and a summary of all data recorded, as well as an option to export the report in PDF, CSV, TXT format; and the history page provides a list of all the devices whose report was read by this software.
